Dynamic weight balance
Maybe right name for this should be Aerodynamic weight balance, because is mainly achieved by aerodynamics of car, but not entirely. That is very important aspect of F1 tuning. Dynamic weight balance is not a constant value because car downforce is constantly changing with speed and other factors, and important is to find right compromise, which depend mainly of configuration of the track. If a front wing is producing too much downforce, the car will appear much heavier on front tires, and result is oversteering. Opposite will give you an understeer. If this condition exists, driver will have hard time making rear or front of the car behave well.
Part of dynamic weight balance is produced also by consumed fuel weight. Race engineer, during setup procedures, have to take this into account to. However, when all aerodynamic components are working in harmony, the result is a group of the fastest cars in the world racing on twisting road courses.
